About Pegg Auction...

John C. Pegg is a member of the National Auctioneer's Association -- an association providing dynamic and progressive leadership and education for the membership, the industry and the consumer. Pegg also holds active membership in the Auctioneer's Association of North Carolina and the Certified Appraiser's Guild of America as well as the North Carolina Association and the National Association of Realtors.

Assisting in the day-to-day operations of their full-time auction and appraisal business, Pegg is joined by his wife Debra and daughter Alex. Young son Auston is already honing his skills behind the microphone and it won't be many more years before you will be dazzled by a dynamic father and son team!

Even with his commitments to his church, family, appraisals, and auctions; John still finds time to devote to benefit fund-raising work. Recognizing the significant need in our community for charitable organizations to continue their valued contributions, John has a particular interest in helping those who enhance the quality of life for so many.

We have long heard people refer to us as the "...best crew in the auction business", and we are deeply committed to living up to those accolades. John, Deb, Alex, Auston and the rest of the dedicated crew are focused on making our clients' auction experience the very best possible. Like the genie from the mystical lamp . . . our goal is to make each and every seller's auction experience magical and wonderful. We make dreams come true!

"In a day and time when a "thank you" or a "job well done" are few and far between, please know that we do thank you for everything you've done and we really do believe you did a wonderful job with the auction. We would not hesitate to refer any of our friends or family to you if the need arose. "

"John, I cheated on you and feel guilty about it now. LOL. Seriously, we went to another auctioneer's sale in WS  on Friday. Rude cashier, late start time because registration was disorganized, the auctioneers were pushing for better bids from antique dealers by holding the bidding open too long (if we hadn't just walked out early, we would have been there all freaking day, ugh), and last but not least, an unexpected unannounced 4% buyers' premium. Thank-You for being YOU! :)"  Gina . . . just one of your many fans!...Gina C.
